One event. Twenty invoices.
An exhibitor spending on a stand is spending on everything around it. An organiser is buying twenty categories of service. This demand is time-bound and short-lived. Get live tracking & forecasted signals.
// BUSINESS EVENTS AND CONSUMER EVENTS — BECAUSE VENDORS SELL TO BOTH
Who's in the room.
Open any event and see who's participating — exhibitors, sponsors, organisers.
Reach the right person.
Find business contact data for outbound based on department, designation and other qualifying parameters applied.
It is not part of the intelligence products. Here, where the job is outreach, it ships with the list.
Contact databases tell you who exists. Events tell you who is about to need something, and when.
Trackers that work while you don't.
Know when a new event matches, participants join an event, status changes — you're told. No endless hunting to find opportunities.
Built for the weekly rhythm.
Take the list with you. Events, companies and contacts export to CSV, ready for whatever runs your outreach.
Seats share the workspace. One person's saved tracker is the whole team's pipeline.
You come back weekly. Your filters, lists and notes are where you left them.
What we track, we say. Nothing more.
Your results are drawn from what we track — over a million business events — and we say so, rather than implying everything.
Contact data ships with this product and not with the intelligence products. Business contacts, for outbound.
When a company doesn't appear, it renders as "no participation record" — never "not present."
Exhibitor lists for every trade show, kept current
Can I get a trade show exhibitor list?
Yes. Open any trade show to see the companies exhibiting, sponsoring and organising it, with the people to contact, and export the list to CSV for your outreach. It is built from participation records that change when the line-up does, edition by edition.
Is WHR a trade show database or an exhibitor database?
Both, on one record. WHR tracks over a million business events, from trade shows to conferences, with the companies recorded exhibiting, sponsoring, speaking or organising at each edition. Search by industry, city or date, or start from a company and see every show it is recorded at.
Do you sell conference attendee lists?
No. A registration roster belongs to the organiser and is not ours to sell. What WHR has is participation records — the companies and people who exhibit, sponsor, speak or are published as attending — and a company without one reads “no participation record”, never “not there”.
What about trade fair exhibitor lists and trade show vendor lists?
Same record, same search. A trade fair is a trade show by another name, and a vendor list is its exhibitor list: open the event, filter by role, and export.
